The Skycatch team and I are sending you and your families positive thoughts - with best wishes for health and safety for all.

We are all in unusual times. Our customers around the world are feeling the impact both personally and professionally. The Skycatch team is no exception.

It’s clear that this epidemic will have an impact on our immediate world economy. We believe that the best thing we can do right now is to help keep our customers as productive as possible.

We are taking every step to ensure there is no interruption in access to your site data and the support from our team. Given that our system is fully automated and accessed remotely, your job site information will continue to process as usual and be accessible for further viewing, communication, and analysis via the cloud. 

We are following all guidelines to keep our employees safe while continuing to keep you up and running as usual. As a fully distributed remote team for over 6 years now, we are well-positioned and experienced with systems in place for our employees to work from home and continue to be effective. 

This means that your 24/7 customer support team remains intact and ready to answer questions and resolve issues as usual. This also means that we continue to develop new products and improve current products with upcoming releases and upgrades.

The Skycatch core values are based on being humble, nimble and reliable. And, that is exactly how we will face this challenge.
