Skycatch strongly believes in fostering a healthy culture by encouraging physical activity, good nutrition, and stress relief. As part of this effort, we’ve recently instituted our new fitness program, SkyFit. SkyFit is now available to all employees and is designed to optimize employee health and productivity in the office.

SkyFit gives employees a chance to step away from their desks and become physically re-charged in the middle of the day. Three times a week, a personal trainer leads the team in exercises such as stretching, yoga, and even cardio and strength training. Our personal trainer also provides individual assistance.

In addition to providing weekly workouts, Skycatch also offers nutritious snacks. The kitchen is stocked with foods that are high in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, and low in sugar. We’ve swapped out the candy and alcohol seen at other young companies and added a coffee and tea bar, coconut water, fresh fruit, trail mix, yogurt, and many other healthy choices.
