New Skycatch integrations with Autodesk BIM 360 simplifies the way construction companies upload, organize, store and review their captured and processed Skycatch site data.
The integration between BIM 360 and the Skycatch construction solution called Data Hub gives you more flexibility and simplicity to analyze it all in one place.
In the past, Skycatch customers who use BIM 360 had to manually add their data. After a successful mission, the images captured by the drone are uploaded to Data Hub and turned into 3D point clouds. Previously, those data files had to be manually downloaded and re-uploaded in Autodesk, adding several unnecessary steps to the process.
Now, however, when you utilize the new functionality in Skycatch, it is automatic, ensuring that your data and compliance is accurate and up to date at all times.
A Skycatch partner card and share links in BIM 360 also gives you the ability to quickly and easily view and share your 3D data there.
You can now view in full screen mode, your latest site datasets, point clouds and mesh imagery in BIM 360 using the Skycatch partner card. And soon, you will also have the capability to share links to make it easier to collaborate and share that data with others on your BIM 360 team.
If you are a Skycatch Legacy Viewer user, we encourage you to upgrade to our latest construction solution Data Hub and take advantage of these new features and more. Reach out to our sales team at sales@skycatch.com to learn more.
