Antonio is currently the Technical Services Director- Mining at Optimize Group in their Brazil office. His distinguished career includes mine engineering and planning positions at major global mining companies including Anglo-American and Anglo Gold Ashanti.

Henrique Alves of Lundin Mining Corp.

With a degree and experience in geotechnical and civil engineering as well as water resources, Henrique will bring a well-rounded perspective to our discussion. He is currently the Tailings Specialist at Lundin Mining. 

Sean Hinchberger of SDH Engineering

Sean is a geotechnical expert with over 28 years of consulting engineering experience. He specializes in risk management, foundation engineering, tailings dams and embankment dams, soil-structure interaction, tunnels, shafts, and earthquake engineering.
